The 16 team championship, which will be held at the regular spot of Jönkoping, Sweden from June 14th through 17th, will see its open qualifiers change organizers as faceit takes on the monumental task of having over 100 teams compete online for the 2 spots remaining for DreamHack Summer.

Rather than having a straight qualifier coming out of the played brackets FACEIT opted to go for a format comparable to that of the EMS One Katowice qualifiers, where the top two finishers of the brackets face off against each other in a separate online tournament to determine the final two winners.

As such FACEIT have split up the initial stage of the tournament into 3 separate open qualifier brackets. The top two of each will advance into the 'offline finals' where they'll face each other and two invited teams to determine the eventual two sides that secure a seed into DreamHack Summer.

The dates for the three initial qualifiers will be:

May 21st - sign up here.

May 24th - sign up here.

May 25th - sign up here.

Coverage will be provided through FACEIT's streaming facility in London, broadcasting on www.twitch.tv/faceittv.
