Warner Bros. Consumer Products has licensed the rights to develop a video game, based on the "ER" television series, to Legacy Interactive. Legacy's previous game titles include Law & Order and Law & Order II.

The developer plans to feature likenesses and voice talent from the series' actors. The player will be called upon to grow from internship onward in the ER trauma center. The game's storyline will touch on the ethical, romantic, and life and death decisions native to the TV series.

The game will be distributed by Take 2 Interactive and is scheduled for a Fall 2004 release to coincide with the launch of ER's tenth season.
