Electronic Arts is now offering EA Sports' Cricket World exclusively through its online store after being released in a number of European, Asian, Pacific, and African nations, including the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, India, and South Africa.

Following the 1999 IOC Cricket World Cup that took place in May and June, Cricket World features many of the World Cup stadiums like the Oval and Old Trafford. It will also feature the rosters from the twelve participating nations, real-world ball and bat physics, 3D graphics, motion-captured moves, audio play-by-play by commentators Richie Benaud and David Gower, and variable weather conditions.

Cricket World is on sale online in the United States and Canada through EA and costs US$35.
