EA Sports Secures Presidents Cup

EA Sports announced today that it has secured the rights to the PGA's Presidents Cup tournament, which takes place at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Club. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2001 will be the first in the series to feature the Presidents Cup, where you can join an American team of golfers consisting of Tiger Woods, Davis Love III, and others, or you can join an international team featuring the rest of the world's greatest golfers such as Stuart Appleby. If neither team seems appealing, you can create your own and then move onto the different types of play including foursomes, fourball, and single matches that take place over a simulated four-day span.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2001 is due out in stores this November.
