EA launches Third Dawn

Electronic Arts has announced that it has released its latest online role-playing game, Ultima Online: Third Dawn. The game was developed by Origin Systems, EA's Texas-based development studio. Third Dawn adds a number of new features to the massively multiplayer role-playing game Ultima Online, including 3D characters, new areas to explore, and new creatures. In addition, the game features enhanced lighting and shading, a 3D terrain system, and new particle effects for spells.
