E3 2002: Microsoft announces Tork

At its pre-E3 press conference, Microsoft unveiled Tork, an upcoming action game starring a young, brave caveman. Not much has been revealed about the game at this juncture, though a few details about its story have been released by Microsoft. The game will have its titular character, Tork, embark on a time-hopping journey to save his father. He'll also have to track down a gang of evil raiders responsible for upsetting the order of his village. It was also revealed that Tork will use a bolas as his primary weapon.

Tork will be released by Microsoft this coming spring, though the game is also expected to be playable at E3 later this week. We'll keep you abreast of any further details.
