JoWood will be showing off a beta build of K-Hawk: Survival Instinct, its upcoming action adventure game, at the 2002 Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles. The game, which was previously known as C.O.N.S.E.A.L., lets you assume the role of Lieutenant Kitty Hawk, a soldier stranded on a remote island in the Pacific Ocean.

The game is set in the near future. After your helicopter is shot down, you must investigate the source of the attack and figure out how to get off the island. In your search, you discover that a mad colonel has taken over the island in order to create an army of super soldiers and eventually take over the world. Armed with only a pistol, Lieutenant Hawk must find a way to stop the colonel's crazy scheme while avoiding an entire army of elite soldiers bent on her destruction.

K-Hawk: Survival Instinct is in development at German game studio Similis, and it is scheduled for release this fall. In addition to the beta build of the game, JoWood will be showing a video trailer at the show. We'll post more information about the game as it becomes available.
