As with the Dynasty Warriors series, and spin-offs such as Attack on Titan and Hyrule Warriors, Berserk Warriors will be developed by Omega Force.

Beserk Warriors is expected to release outside of Japan, but as of yet a specific date has not been announced. Very little is known about the game beyond the release date and platforms.

Berserk is a dark fantasy series set in medieval Europe, and follows a character called Guts as he explores issues of morality and human nature. The series has inspired many video games, most prominently Dark Souls.

The Berserk anime series ended in 1998, but a second series has been announced and is expected to premier in July 2016. Kentaro Miura, who wrote the original manga series, is serving as executive supervisor on the new anime.
