Been wondering why the standard Sony analog pad has been so hard to find new? Well, it soon won't be much of a problem since Sony is apparently preparing to release the controller - along with the batch of new games that use it. Dual shock titles include Tekken 3 and Gran Turismo.

According to industry sources, the Dual Shock is a definite lock for the US market and will appear on store shelves here before the release of the titles in April and May.

Sony, however, is keeping mum on the subject, telling us that it can provide no information about a Dual Shock release at this time.

There's no telling whether Sony will release the Dual Shock in different colors as it currently does in Japan - or if it'll stick with the standard gray controller.
