Dreamcast Maracas Controller Shots
Sega of Japan releases some screens of the maracas controller for Samba De Amigo on the Dreamcast.
Sega of Japan has released images of the maracas controller for Samba De Amigo on the Sega Dreamcast. The controller is actually smaller in size and appearance compared with the arcade version. To compensate for the sensors located around the arcade machine, the Dreamcast version will be using a floormat (looking like the one for Dance Dance Revolution), which will feature remote sensors to detect the positions of the maracas.
Samba De Amigo is scheduled for an April 27 release in Japan. The game will be priced for 5800yen (about US$55), and the maracas controller will also be available the same day for a price of 7800yen (US$74).
