Disney/Sony Team Up For PlayStation Titles
Disney and SCEA announce a publishing agreement that will bring three exclusive titles to the PlayStation.
Disney Interactive and Sony Computer Entertainment announced on the second day of the Electronic Entertainment Expo which gives SCEA exclusive publishing rights to three PlayStation titles by Disney in North America, and more than that in Europe and elsewhere.
Under the terms of the agreement, Sony has exclusivity for six months or one Christmas season. The first two will be games based on Disney's "A Bug's Life" and "Tarzan." The game for A Bug's Life will be released the day the movie hits theaters. In Europe and other territories, Sony will distribute Disney's line of ESPN Digital Games.
