Disney canceled 2013 Iron Man game - Report
Sources say company's gaming unit halted production on unannounced game that was scheduled to launch this year.
Earlier this year, Disney Interactive canceled an unannounced Iron Man game scheduled to be released this year, according to a new report from the Wall Street Journal.
No further information about this game was provided. Its reported cancellation came during a time when Disney Interactive supposedly sunk $100 million into producing Disney Infinity.
The latest Iron Man-focused game was Gameloft's endless runner Iron Man 3: The Official Game, based on May's blockbuster film.
Iron Man also appeared in June's free-to-play online game Marvel Heroes and will be featured in Traveller's Tales' upcoming game Lego: Marvel Super Heroes, due for release later this year.
