Human Revolution has amassed more than 12,000 votes on the Xbox One backwards compatibility website. Of course, this does not guarantee that it will come to Xbox One.
At Gamescom in August, Xbox boss Phil Spencer said Microsoft was in positive talks with "all publishers" about allowing their Xbox 360 games to play on Xbox One. Ultimately, publishers get to decide.
"We're having great conversations with all the publishers about backward compatibility," he said at the time. "It's really been a good time for something like backwards compatibility to come around, because so many of the publishers have built more service-based games where they're able to find a business opportunity in the longevity of games."
Xbox One backwards compatibility is available now for Preview Program members. Access to this private, invite-only program just got tougher, too. But everyone will get to enjoy backwards compatibility in November, when the feature rolls out publicly. At that time, there will be more than 100 supported titles. The final list has not been announced, but click here to see all of the confirmed titles so far.
