It's "audio week" at Bungie and to mark the occasion, the developer has discounted the Destiny soundtracks. The discounts apply to Destiny's main soundtrack (featuring that Paul McCartney song...) and the soundtrack for The Taken King. Both are marked down to $4.50--for the digital versions only.

The Destiny OST also comes with an "Earthborn" emblem, while The Taken King's soundtrack include a player emblem called "The Undying Light."

In other music-related Destiny news, Bungie this week released a cool mini-documentary in which the developer's audio team explained in detail how they went about bringing the game's sound and dialogue to life. You can watch the 15-minute video right here.

In other Destiny news, the game is getting a "large" expansion this year, with a full sequel coming in 2017. On the more immediate horizon, a new update is coming this spring that will introduce a Light increase, new PvE challenges, and more gear, among other things.

Destiny's spring update will be discussed in greater detail during a "Ride Along" livestream event scheduled for sometime down the road.
