While you're busy perusing the exhaustive archive of reviews and previews on GameSpot, don't forget to swing by the file area and check out our two latest demo scores.

First is Twinsen's Odyssey or "Little Big Adventure 2," sequel to the renowned action/adventure game released some years back. The demo showcases French developer Adeline Software's incredible talents for creating incredibly fluid 3-D models and lets the player to guide Twinsen through three areas of the game's enormous and bizarre environment. The final release will be published by Activision.

Also coming is Dark Colony, a real-time strategy game developed by Gametek for SSI. The game represents yet another entry into the roster of futuristic real-time games coming out. While this hackneyed genre seems to be growing increasingly homogenous, Dark Colony rises above the rest by including grizzly death animations to accompany the game's Command & Conquer-style gameplay. As one source at SSI put it "This is probably the most violent game that SSI has ever been involved with."
