DC Games Headed Stateside

Sega will bring Space Channel 5, Chu-Chu Rocket, Maken X, Sega GT, and more to the US.

GameSpot News has confirmed that Sega will bring a whole slew of Japanese Dreamcast games to US shores early next year. While the company officially hasn't made any announcements about the release of these games yet, here are a few that are being readied for stateside release - Maken X, Virtua Striker 2, Space Channel 5, Chu-Chu Rocket, and Sega GT.

While no release dates have been scheduled for the titles, we have heard that Virtua Striker 2 will see a US release in March of 2000. And while we've previously reported that Chu-Chu Rocket was one of Sega of America's planned online parlor-style games (because of its simplistic board game nature), we've now heard that it will be released in the US during the first quarter of 2000.
