Daniel Radcliffe, who portrayed the wizard hero Harry Potter in the blockbuster Warner Bros. movie series, has not ruled out playing the magical part again sometime down the road.

In an interview with Radio Times, Radcliffe said he would only return if the script was strong enough.

"It would depend on the script," he said, as reported by Entertainment Weekly. "The circumstances would have to be pretty extraordinary. But then I am sure Harrison Ford said that with Han Solo and look what happened there!"

"So I am saying, 'No,' for now, but leaving room to backtrack in the future."

Like other Harry Potter stars, Radcliffe has kept busy after the Harry Potter main film series wrapped up with 2011's The Deathly Hallows - Part 2. He had parts in stage plays such as Equus and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, while he's also been in films including The Woman in Black, Horns, and most recently, Swiss Army Man.

Radcliffe is not pegged to appear in the upcoming Harry Potter movie spinoff, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them or the stage play, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.
