There simply aren't enough Sudoku puzzles to satisfy the number-hungry mind of a Sudoku addict. Thankfully, Crave Entertainment is releasing Sudokuro, a Nintendo DS game featuring both Sudoku and Kakuro puzzles. Sudokuro will feature 1,500 "hand-crafted Sudoku puzzles," as well as the ability to automatically create Sudoku puzzles. On the Kakuro side, Sudokuro will have 5,000 Kakuro brainteasers. Gamers will be able to input their answers with the DS stylus or use the buttons. Sudokuro will be available in January for $19.99.

Sudoku will make you smarter.
why would you buy a Sudoku game when you can get thousands upon thousands of them free online? and if you say you want them to be portable, just print out one a day, that will keep you more than busy enough on your morning/evening subway ride to/from work.
this sudoku thing is getting old
I love Sudoku. No clue what Kakuro is, but this sounds like a rather stellar deal.... Better than doing it in a book!
If only my mum has a DS...
Was I sensing a little bit of sarcasm from Mr. Surette in this article? Hmm...
I can do both the Sun suduku's in under 5 minutes combined, but even I'm getting bored with them, I think they may have missed the boat on this one.
I hate these things.............they were extra credit for me in Math Class, I got like 12 done by the end of the year, IT WAS SO ANNOYING.
That's great! Hopefully this title will be better than Ubisoft's Go! Sudoku for the PSP (the constant loading time glitch, see the message board) and will have more puzzles than Brain Age. I have Sudoku Gridmaster and while the writing of the numbers comes off as a little buggy, the touch controls made up for it. Let's hope that this title has more music tracks than Gridmaster as well. For $20.00 that's another plus.
Hand-crafted sudokus? I will be definitely buying this game. Every sudoku fan who doesn't suck know this is hard to find and where the true beauty lies in these puzzles.
Sudoku math puzzles are the best
1500 is a lot already.
wow....this is terrible
I love sudoku and I'm almost done with the ones that brain age came with, so for ME this is good since it's also only $20.
I want someone to jam a stick in the pee hole of whoever invented Sudoku.

Once you've completed a Kakuro puzzle for the first time, you're unlikely ever to do it again coz it's SO tedious! Sudoku is great anyway. rc_guy24 "Duh I would just rather buy the handheld sudoku game at Walmart for $10 or less to get 2 million!" Oh well, in Australia, you can buy one of those little Sudoku puzzle handheld devices at Tandy's Electronics for many more puzzles.
I love Sudoku puzzles. :D
Sick wid it
Finally! A game that generates the puzzles. I just bought Go! Sudoku, but kinda wish I waited now. Most of these 500 or 1000 puzzle games are not worth it because a good chunk of those puzzles are the incredibly easy "beginner" puzzles. There's not enough hard ones. Hopefully this game will put in some of the really hard (or at least lengthy) hexidecimal puzzles. I'll pick this up for sure. I honestly would rather "write" answers in on the DS than the slow input for Go! Sudoku.
I can't wait, yeah more number puzzle goodness
It's sudoku, blasted puzzle's not going to stop until it's up and taken over. It's a shame to me, a Picross fan.
Duh I would just rather buy the handheld sudoku game at Walmart for $10 or less to get 2 million!
Well, if it helps expand the DS audience wider...
Works for me, as long as the controls are good. The Brain Age sudoku game was good, but there weren't nearly enough puzzles. The other DS sudoku games all had crappy controls.
i love suduku
Do we really need more ? 0-0
another??
another??
