Conflict: Vietnam goes gold

SCi Games today announced that its third-person shooter Conflict: Vietnam has gone gold in the UK. The action game is set during the 1968 Tet Offensive of the Vietnam War, and players take control of a squad of US soldiers that must try to make its way back to friendly lines. The game was developed by UK-based Gathering and will be released for the PC, Xbox, and PlayStation 2 in the UK on September 3. A US release is scheduled for October.
