Community News Update: Wednesday 9/4

Hello Gamespot Community, happy Wednesday!

If you wondered why we haven’t updated the community blog since Wednesday it is because PAX Prime happen this past week. Team Social headed to Seattle to experience it first hand and we have pictures!

Synthia and I hit the floor bright and early. It was her first Pax Prime and my third, so I showed her the ropes. Our first stop was the Assassin’s Creed booth. We met an awesome cosplayer who didn’t mind taking a picture with us.

We continued to walk the floor and just stare at the awesomeness. All of our favorite games and developers were right in front of us. Synthia and I took this opportunity to link up with as many people, so we could bring you more giveaways in the future.

On Sunday, we helped out at GameSpot's Beat the Pros Panel where pros from multiple platforms and game styles flocked to the Serpent hall of PAX Prime. They challenged members of the community in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Killer Instinct, StarCraft, and Injustice: Gods Among Us.

We also had special guest star team CLG to answer the LoL community’s burning questions about the lifestyle of the pro gamer. As the Q&A went along, CLG players stepped away from LoL and played Killer Instinct and UMVC3. Watch now.
