City of Heroes goes gold

City of Heroes, NCsoft’s massively multiplayer role-playing game, has gone gold and should land in stores April 28. The game puts players in the customized tights of the superhero of their dreams and pits them against the most heinous villains Paragon City has to offer. Those who preorder the game will be invited to participate in the beta test, which has been ongoing since February. City of Heroes will be sold for $49.99 and requires a $14.99 monthly subscription fee.
