Strategy First and Techland have today announced that they're now accepting applications from players who wish to participate in the beta test of their upcoming sci-fi shooter Chrome. The open beta will run from April 7 through May 9, and any players who are interested in taking part can register on Strategy First's Web site.

Chrome is a futuristic first-person shooter in which players assume the role of Logan, a mercenary-turned-bounty-hunter trying to make it rich. For more information on Chrome, which is scheduled for release in the second quarter of this year, take a look at our previous coverage of the game.
