Check Out the Sonic Figurine You Get for Preordering Boom at GameStop

Sega has announced preordering Sonic Boom at GameStop will secure you the exclusive figure shown above. Canadian gamers can also grab the preorder bonus exclusively at EB Games.

Two Sonic games are coming out this year, Sonic Boom: Rise of the Lyric and Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal. Featuring Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, and new team member Sticks, the group battle against their new opponent, Lyric.

Sega said both games will feature traditional Sonic elements (speed) alongside exploration, combat, and a tethering mechanic. The company described Sonic Boom as "a new branch of the Sonic universe" that includes a video game, a new CG-animated TV series, plus a range of toys.

Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric will launch November 18 for Wii U, while Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal will launch November 11 for 3DS.
