Strategy First and Paradox Entertainment have announced that development on Chariots of War is complete. In Slitherine Entertainment's historical real-time strategy game, players can choose to play as the Egyptians, the Babylonians, the Nubians, the Assyrians, or one of 54 other nations, who fight for water, resources, and land in the Middle East of some 4,000 years ago. The game includes a huge variety of buildings and nine resources, including myrrh, gems, and horses.

"Paradox consistently comes out with great strategy games, and Chariots of War is sure to become an instant classic among fans of the genre," says Steve Milburn, director of marketing at Strategy First. "We are very excited to be bringing Chariots of War to the market."

Chariots of War will ship in May. For more details, check out our previous coverage of the game.
