Championship Manager Season: 02/03 coming soon
Eidos announces the European release date for the second Xbox installment in Sports Interactive's soccer management series.
Eidos Interactive has confirmed that Championship Manager Season: 02/03 for the Xbox will be arriving in stores across Europe on December 6--a couple of weeks later than was originally planned. The game, in which players assume control of their favorite soccer team and attempt to lead it to glory without ever setting foot on the pitch, boasts a number of improvements on last year's edition, including updated rules and statistics, improved sound effects, and the ability for players to listen to their own music while they play.
"We are delighted to give Xbox owners the chance to play Championship Manager with this season's data," said Miles Jacobson, managing director at Sports Interactive. "We're hoping the new improvements we have made make it even more enjoyable to play and give gamers an alternative to watching reruns of Home Alone on Christmas Day."
No North American release has been confirmed for Championship Manager Season: 02/03 at this time. For more information, check out our previous coverage of the game.
