Adding new features and making a game longer doesn't always mean charging more money. Capcom today announced that Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening Special Edition is now available in North America. The game, originally released in March 2005, is being rereleased as part of Sony's "Greatest Hits" collection for the PlayStation 2, meaning it will retail for the budget price of $19.95.

The special edition isn't just getting new box art, however. The new take on the action game adds several new features, including the chance to play as Vergil, the evil brother to the game's protagonist, Dante; to fight against the Jester boss; and to speed things up with the Turbo option. For more information on the game, check back later for a full review, or read GameSpot's review of the original.
