Call of Duty giveaway gets underway

Activision is whetting the appetite of gamers for its upcoming WWII action title by putting a start-of-the-art gaming machine up for grabs. Beginning this week, gamers have the chance to win an Alienware Area-51 PC and a copy of the game.

The game's official Web site has additional information on the sweepstakes.

Activision announced earlier that the Infinity Ward-developed title would release earlier than expected. The game remains on track for a late-October release date.
