Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare -- Here is a picture of Kevin Spacey wearing a mo-cap suit

House of Cards actor dons a motion-capture suit to play Jonathan Irons for Sledgehammer's upcoming FPS.

House of Cards' Kevin Spacey will play a major role in this fall's Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, but he's not only lending his voice to the game. As you can see in the image Spacey released last night on Twitter, he's lending his entire likeness to the game, brought to life through a motion-capture suit.

In Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Spacey plays Jonathan Irons, CEO of a private military company called Atlas Corporation. He was featured heavily in the game's announcement trailer, where we hear his extended thoughts about geopolitics.

In Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, you play as Private Mitchell, an "anybody," who joins the Atlas Corporation after his tour of duty comes to an end with the United States Marines. Presumably, you'll have some kind of run-in with Irons, though that remains to be seen.

Spacey is a veteran and celebrated actor, who has appeared in more than a dozen films, including American Beauty and The Usual Suspects, for which he won Academy Awards. Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is the first video game he's ever worked on.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare launches November 4 for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PC. For more, check out everything we know so far and three questions we want answers to.

I am actually a bit surprised he agreed to do something like this. It's not like he is the most likely person to do that, at all.

Eddie, we really, REALLY don't care.  I know Activision bought the site for this month, but have some dignity.

Well, he is a great actor. Should lend credence to the script.

@me3639 @xx_darksoul_xx  That sounds about right. That is why I stop buying Nintendo a long time ago. It all looks the same to me.

@NTM23 LOL. I remember when I was a kid I would see an actor say a line and then wonder how much they got paid just for saying that when of course that wasn't the case at all. I also thought when someone died in a movie that meant they died in real life. Oh, I want to be young again.
