Borderlands developer Gearbox Software "chief creative champion" Mikey Neumann will give the keynote address--the "Storytime Session"--at this summer's PAX Prime, event organizers have announced. Neumann has worked at Gearbox for more than 13 years, doing writing work for major franchises like Brothers in Arms and Borderlands, among others.

Last year's keynote speaker at PAX Prime was former Microsoft creative executive Peter Molyneux, who left the company to start an indie studio in March 2012.

PAX organizers have also announced the music lineup for PAX Prime. Friday night's concerts will be Triforce Quartet, The Doubleclicks, and Paul & Storm, while a "special live event" will be held on Saturday. On Sunday, the music lineup includes MC Frontalot, Bit Brigade, and 7bit Hero.

PAX Prime takes place in Seattle, Washington August 29-September 1. The show is completely sold out.
