BloodRayne gets new date

Majesco has announced that it has pushed up the release date for the Xbox and GameCube versions of BloodRayne to October 15, two weeks earlier than its previously scheduled release. In the game, players will take on the role of Agent BloodRayne, a secret agent vampire sent in to attack Nazi-controlled installations. BloodRayne has a number of special abilities, including various vampiric powers.

The PlayStation 2 version of the game is scheduled to ship later this month.
