Blizzard announced this afternoon that they would be releasing a balance patch this week as well as continuing to test potential changes on a new balance test map. The three confirmed changes are below:
- Time Warp cost increased from 75 to 100
- Ghosts start with the energy upgrade built in
- Make the natural expansion ramp smaller on Daedalus Point.
The test map, largely, looks to address balance concerns regarding Protoss. Blizzard is considering nerfing the range on the Mothership Core, changing the tempest, as well as buffing the Hydralisk.
