The PlayStation 3 title is an action-heavy game that seems to tailor itself after a Dynasty Warrior's style of gameplay. The game features 11 playable characters from the series, including main character Ichigo Kurosaki (along with his Hollow form), soul reaper Rukia Kuchiki, and arrancar antagonist Ulquiorra. Apart from fighting mobs of undead souls called Hollows, players can also customize the playable characters using the soul orb system, where players move pieces on a board and take over orbs to power up their characters of choice.

A demo of Bleach: Soul Ignition is available now for download on the Japanese PlayStation Network Store.
