Red Storm Entertainment has announced its upcoming real-time strategy game Bio-Strike. The game is in development at Holistic Design, and it is based on large-scale modern-day biological warfare. Players assume the role of a CEO of a large genetics research laboratory who has become infected with a dangerous virus. They must acquire other companies and use their corporate security force to track down the creators of the virus and bring them to justice.

The game was created in cooperation with Tom Clancy. Bio-Strike, Tom Clancy's Power Plays novel based on the Red Storm game, is currently available in bookstores and is already a best seller, according to the New York Times paperback best-seller list. The Bio-Strike PC game is scheduled for release in early 2001. For more information about the game, visit Red Storm and Holistic Designs online.
