Big Mutha Truckers 2 revs up to retail

Jackson family of rednecks returns to Hick State County as THQ puts its multiplatform big-rig driving game in gear.

THQ has released the truck-driving game Big Mutha Truckers 2 for the Xbox, PC, and PlayStation 2, the company announced. The game was developed by England's Eutechnyx, the team behind last year's Street Racing Syndicate.

Big Mutha Truckers 2 features the same disreputable, lowbrow family of truck drivers as 2003's original. Players must get behind the wheel of a big rig to find a lawyer, as well as bribe jurors to get the family's tax-evading matriarch, Ma Jackson, off scot-free. A variety of missions will take players across Hick State County as they avoid police, biker gangs, and other misfits.

The game is rated M for Mature and is on sale for a budget-oriented $19.99. For more on Big Mutha Truckers 2, roll on over to GameSpot's preview.
