Activision Value has announced that Big Biz Tycoon, its latest management strategy game, has shipped to stores. The game lets players assume the role of a business mogul in charge of a company, and they must design products, build offices, hire and fire staff, and oversee other elements of the business.

The game lets players choose to take control of a struggling company or build their own company from the ground up. Players must oversee advertising and marketing, distribution, sales, and product research and development. As the head of the company, they must maintain a happy and productive work environment and plan company outings. In addition, they will be in charge of securing bank loans, buying and selling stock, and even taking their company public.

We've posted some screenshots from the Korean version of the game in the gallery above. Big Biz Tycoon was developed by Korea-based Animedia Entertainment, and it will soon be available in stores for an approximate retail price of $19.99.
