We'll also update this page with additional deals as we get closer to Black Friday on November 29, but you should keep a close eye on both Amazon and Steam. Amazon just offered me a month of Prime to try out again. As always, I'll take advantage of the free shipping for the next few weeks, then cancel. I just grabbed Dead Space 3 for $10. But I haven't seen that crazy of deals this year, otherwise. Maybe it's just that I've been doing a better job of keeping up on games.

Far Cry 3, Dishonored, Tomb Raider, Max Payne 3, the God of War Saga, Heavy Rain, the Journey Collection, Dead Island Riptide, Bioshock Infinite, and a golden PS3 controller for just $160! Thanks, Amazon!

One time I posted in comments about a good deal Amazon was having and my comment was removed and I was warned for spamming... and now they're asking is to leave such things in comments?

Bioshock Infinite is on the PSN right now for 13 bucks. Its a flash sale so I don't know how long its gonna be on for.

Great sale, I spent a lot of money.  I'd say about 90% of the games I bought, I will never play.  Had to have them though.  The best game I own and never played (still in it's wrapper).........Tomb Raider (the new one)....had it for months now.  Maybe one day.

I got an amazing deal in the UK:

32gb Wii U for £179 as well as Zelda HD, Mario 3D world and Zombi U for £15 each.

Sales of the Wii U have risen 683% since the release of Zelda and Mario 3D world, suddenly UK stores cannot sell Wii U's fast enough, who'd have thought that six months ago!

GamersGate already got $1.25 out of me for The Binding of Isaac (DRM-free) and $3.50 for 3079 (DRM-free + Steam key).

Humble Store got some money out of me for DRM-free versions of Dustforce (+ Desura key), Super Meat Boy, Delver, Eldritch, and Valdis Story plus their Steam Keys.

If I buy playstation plus from amazon.com will I be able to activate my subscription in Europe?

Still feel ripped off in the UK. Just looked at a PS Vita bundle on Amazon which had 4 games with and that would have worked out at less than £100. To get that over here, even with the 'sales' you're looking at £180+

Looks like Canada imported Black Friday shopping, lets hope we don't import the US educational system.

while i dont have money, i did grab another year of PS+ for $30 at Amazon.com.. for all the free games you get, that's an absolute steal...

FYI I got-Kingdom Hearts HD PS3-19.99, Assassins Creed 4-34.99. and Splinter Cell Blacklist 24.99 off Amazon. Really good deals for not having to fight the crowd.

Some decent vids are up of fighting in stores, mainly at Walmart. Expect better vids as the day goes on. Very entertaining to sit back and watch, while proclaiming my superiority over never going out with the masses on Black Friday. I get entertained by both the vids and the ignorant comments. It's really a great deal. 2 for 1.

Good price $30-40

this is why i rarely buy new games

$60 to much for 9-10 hours SP

NorseLax09

Just another reason why i should stop buying games at launch. Prices drop a ridiculous amount right after release, and here i am paying full price just to play as soon as possible. Now with steam sales and the BF4 price drop, i could have saved about $100 bucks and got more for my dollar. I'm part of the problem....damn.

Tzardok

@Poison-tooth Dude you may have problems with games for windows. make sure that you manually download the latest version of games for windows if your game is crashing. If you don't encounter problems than great for you! I also have Dark Souls from Steam and once I went thru the annoying issue of GfW I loved the game. I don't regret getting it!

Ambivalist

@HybridExtreme Yeah, that seemed like the best deal of all those flash sales on PSN. I'm not crazy about Infinite, but $13 is a pretty good deal for anything. Sounds like they'll have more deals coming up on Monday. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for something I don't already have.

@twobells u should have saved the 15 u spent on ZombieU for anything else, like paying someone to let you watch their paint dry.

GreenReuben
GreenReuben

@twobells That's really good to hear. Obviously 683% might not be that significant given how little it was selling before but any improvement is good.

@zeca04 Steam sales are horrible this year. Great you got something from it, but Steam isn't the best, not this year anyways.

nate1222

@zeca04 I hit up Humble Store and got DRM-free versions of games plus the Steam keys.

Black Friday? I've been cleaning out all week.

Amazon's BF launch was awesome this year!

I picked up a 32gb Wii U for £179!

Since the release of three 9.9-scoring games sales of the Wii U have gone through the roof.

@SurlyPotato Maybe we could import the Canadian healthcare system to the U.S. Only way that would happen is if some greedy bastard(s) made some $$ off it and then twist it around so it's not actually like Canada's and more $$ is to be made.

tightwad34
tightwad34

@Horndawgie I swear people are getting way stupider way faster than we can handle, and we don't know it yet. I blame a lot of it on television(mainly reality TV, as well as the news). If someone wanted to  fight me for a place in line or something we both wanted to buy I wouldn't want to fight them because they want what I want, I would be very tempted to beat their ass because they are a complete moron. I'm not a fighter, but sometimes when you see people derping all over the place you kind of want to smack them around a bit.

GOGOHeadray

@maniacalpoet Its mostly for the bundles; also 20 bucks is not a little bit of change. That 20 bucks can go towards bills etc.

@maniacalpoet

Its funny how people do a 3 hour line to save 20$... Yeah work 3 hours more so you can afford a pizza and beer while playing the full price game a week after

billlabowski

@known_not It was $5.99 on Steam today.

IceDDZ

@kingshine13 @zeca04 Yeah all those Steam deals for 90%, 80%, 75% off games, that are already cheaper than retail, is so horrible.

DJKrayz_basic
DJKrayz_basic

@quickshooterMk2 @DJKrayz_basic  well, its a very long-term rental to me then since my subscription doesnt expire until 2015.. i always upgrade PS+ when they do some kinda special... its worth far more to me than going out to buy these games i can get for free  for the time i have my subscription.. it pays for itself...

IceDDZ
IceDDZ

@GOGOHeadray @maniacalpoet It's hillarious, cause saving 20 dollars for 3 hours of your time is worse than making minimum wage (New York's). Go work some overtime instead ya fools.

GOGOHeadray
GOGOHeadray

@IceDDZ @GOGOHeadray @maniacalpoet I think I would rather wait in line then work at my job for a extra couple of hours. Also many of these things are deals that are bundled together. I bought a 3ds from best for 150 bucks with a game included to buy them separate I would of spend around 190 bucks which is a 40 dollar differnce. I would say thats worth 3 hours wouldnt you?
