Aussie game charts: February 9-15

Wii Fit knocks out Mario Kart Wii from the top spot down under.

After a quick uprising from Mario Kart last week, Wii Fit has returned to the number one spot in the overall Australian game charts, according to data trackers GfK Australia.

Though knocked off the top of the heap, Mario Kart Wii still managed to take out the second place for the week of February 9-15. The DS duo of Dr. Kawashima games--Dr Kawashima's Brain Training: How Old Is Your Brain? and More Brain Training From Dr Kawashima: How Old Is Your Brain?--took out the third and fourth positions respectively. It has been quite a while since we've seen The Simpsons Game in the charts, but it made a return last week, landing at fifth place. F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin on the Xbox 360 debuted at number six, with the PC and PlayStation 3 versions also making it into the chart, albeit a bit low in the eighth and ninth places. Wii Play, which comes bundled with a Nintendo Wii Remote, dropped down a spot from the previous week to hold seventh place. The final spot in last week's charts went to Super Smash Bros. Brawl on the Wii.
