AU Shippin' Out March 29-April 2: Just Cause 2
Avalanche Studios' over-the-top action game heads to retail.
While many games pride themselves on realism, this week's Just Cause 2 is the polar opposite. The protagonist--Rico Rodriguez--has a knack for performing death-defying stunts like riding on the bow of a boat as it goes over a ramp, blasting a guard tower with a rocket launcher, then jumping back into the driver's seat. Just Cause 2 is out on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 this Thursday, with the PC version to follow later in April.
Napoleon: Total War might have been released just a few weeks ago, but that hasn't stopped Sega from bringing a premium edition of last year's Empire: Total War to market. The only difference between Empire: Total War Gold Edition and what was released last year is the inclusion of all three downloadable content unit packs and the Warpath campaign, which previously has been available only via Steam, Valve's digital distribution service. Keep an eye out for Empire: Total War Gold Edition when it's released on April 1.
