AU Shippin' Out August 3-7: Ashes Cricket 2009
The Aussies may not be having a great test, but you can rectify that in this Cricket sim.
As we draw toward the end of the third ashes test, Codemasters is on the verge of releasing Ashes Cricket 2009. Developed by Melbourne-based studio Transmission Games, this virtual representation of one of our national pastimes re-creates 18 famous stadiums, including the SCG and MCG. Inside you’ll also find licensed teams and players, as well as the ability to play a variety of matches, ranging from one-day tests to quick bouts of Twenty20. Ashes Cricket 2009 will be out this Friday for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC, while the Wii version is slated for release this October.
Other games to come out this week include Ninja Blade for the Xbox 360 and Ferrari Challenge Deluxe edition for the Nintendo DS and Wii. Stay tuned to AU Shippin' Out for all the latest Aussie releases.
