Peter Parker swings onto multiple platforms this week with the Australian retail release of The Amazing Spider-Man 2, the game based on the movie of the same name.

It serves as the sequel to 2012's The Amazing Spider-Man, marks the first time Spider-Man has made his way onto the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 was met with lukewarm reception in GameSpot's review. The game was praised for being an "enjoyable representation of Spider-Man" but was let down by tedious side missions, simple combat, and imprecise movement. For more details, check out our full review.

For fans of the Etrian Odyssey series, Etrian Oddysey Untold: The Millennium Girl will be released for the 3DS this week. The game is a remake of the first title in the series, tailored to the 3DS. Players will be able to choose to play classic mode or story mode. The option to mix and match skilled acquired throughout the game will also be available.
