AU New Releases: Madden NFL 15 Kicks Onto Multiple Platforms

American Football game to be released on Australian shelves this week.

Madden NFL 15, EA Sports' latest entry into its American Football series, launches this week for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360.

The game will include the Madden Ultimate Team mode, which allows players to pick their team, collect their favorite current and past NFL players, and upgrade their squad to create their fantasy team. Players can purchase packs containing new players, coaches, playbooks, stadiums, and more with coins that are earned by competing with others online or by completing single player challenges. The game will also feature a new approach to defensive play.

Earlier this month, EA launched a bizarre advertisement for the game starring Kevin Hart and Dave Franco. Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman will feature on the cover of the game, although we aren't quite sure what he's doing on it. For more details on the games out this week, check out the full list below.

Will you be picking up any new games this week? Let us know in the comments.

On behalf of America, I apologize in advance Australia for importing this crap.

Why still no pc version, you make other games for it? We havent seen a madden game since 08. If your gonna hog the NFL at least make it for everyone! If not then let someone else do it, We have been stuck with EA's half ass attitude far too long. If I had a ps2 I could play a more recent version, sad.

No Wii U version? come on EA it can't be that hard to port over one of the other versions to Wii U.

@tomservo51  It might be one of the rare games that makes it to an Australian market without being censored.

@USBorderPatrolx  You can't blame them for not releasing NFL games on the PC, it's because they don't sell, probably b/c so many PC users prefer to play it on another platform, or they can justify to themselves somehow on why it's o.k to pirate it on the PC rather than buy it (kind of like the 100,000 copies of Wolfenstien New Order that got pirated in one month on the PC, man, those pirates sure proved something to Bethsada with that one).

They also don't put wresting games on PC either.  Then someone makes a kind of cool-looking wrestling game for PC, but it just sits on Greenlight for years, people aren't voting for it.

@bunchanumbers It's not worth it.  Kind of like how Ubisoft and Activision are back away from Wii U.  People don't play the popular games on the Wii U, they play them on other platforms instead.

@daikkenaurora12  Especially when they pimp this game being in Australia in the header, but then don't mention anything about Australia (and why mention of it would be in the header) in the article itself.

@WolfgarTheQuiet I recommend it. I'm in the EA Access program and got to play 6 hours of early access to the full game, and I have to say... This is probably the best Madden in a while. Defense is MUCH better to use. And the graphics are beautiful. It is worth a buy for sure for Next Gen (XB1, PS4). Not sure about last gen though as I would expect there would be differences.
