ASUS Starcraft II Pro-Am Tournament Winners Announced

Bradley "tgun" Seymour, Kristoffer "TargA" Marthinsen, and Andrew "mOOnGLaDe" Pender take podium finishes; walk away with nearly A$5,000 in cash and prizes.

Last weekend, GameSpot AU teamed up with ASUS Australia and the Australian Cyber League to offer Aussie Starcraft II players a three-day tournament and a chance to compete for more than A$5,000 in cash and prizes; including an Asus G75 gaming laptop.

The Asus Starcraft II Pro-Am Tournament saw 32 of the nation's top professional and amateur gamers battle it out in a double-elimination draw that included some of the heaviest hitting names in the local and international scenes. Shoutcasters Dox and Maynarde did a fantastic job in providing commentary throughout the series, as the chat room crowd cheered on their favourite contestants.

Final standings are as listed:
1st place: Bradley "tgun" Seymour (A$1500 cash + Asus G75 Gaming Laptop)
2nd place: Kristoffer "TargA" Marthinsen (A$700 cash)
3rd place: Andrew "mOOnGLaDe" Pender (A$400 cash)
