Ubisoft has announced the preorder bonuses for Assassin's Creed Rogue, this November's action game coming to Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Reserving a copy of the game at GameStop, Amazon, and Ubisoft's own store will net you the following bonuses.
- The Ultimate Hunter Pack -- Various Templar weapons and items
- The Siege of Fort de Sable Mission - Described as a "fort raiding" mission
It is unclear if Ubisoft will offer the Assassin's Creed Rogue preorder content to all players later on, but that wouldn't be too surprising.
The game is so far confirmed only for Xbox 360 and PS3. PC gamers looking for a new Assassin's Creed game to play this year aren't out of luck entirely, however, as Assassin's Creed Unity will be available for PC, as well as Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
The preorder bonuses for Assassin's Creed Unity, meanwhile, are quite a bit more extensive than Assassin's Creed Rogue's, and are split between various retailers.
Assassin's Creed Rogue launches November 11 (two weeks after Assassin's Creed Unity) and is set in North America in the 18th century during the Seven Years' War. Instead of playing as an Assassin, you will control a Templar named Shay Patrick Cormac, hunting down Assassins. The game also features a significant naval combat mode that expands upon the foundation created by last year's game, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag.
