Assassin's Creed Anthology includes five console games

In addition to every main entry in series, upcoming megapack will feature all single-player and multiplayer DLC, according to retailer; full announcement this week.

Ubisoft will release an Assassin's Creed Anthology megapack later this year that includes all five console titles, as well as a heap of downloadable content. The Amazon France listing has been confirmed by a Ubisoft representative to Polygon. A full announcement will be made later this week.

The Amazon France listing indicates the Assassin's Creed Anthology will launch November 29 for €150, or about $192. The bundle is to include the original Assassin's Creed, Assassin's Creed II, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, Assassin's Creed: Revelations, and Assassin's Creed III.

In addition to the games, the bundle will reportedly include all single-player and multiplayer DLC for each game. This spans maps, missions, weapons, and more. Further, the bundle will include five themed lithographs related to each game.

The Assassin's Creed Anthology will not be the only Assassin's Creed bundle available at retail this holiday season. The PlayStation 3-exclusive Assassin's Creed Ezio Trilogy arrives next week for $40 and includes Assassin's Creed II, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, and Assassin's Creed: Revelations.

I bought the first 4 AC games recently on PC separately for £30 total (about $50). Judging by the poor user reviews for AC3, I think I'll wait a year or so and then I pick it up for a tenner in a Steam sale with all its ripoff DLC included. I don't like piracy but I will never pay Ubisoft's top dollar prices, especially when they rip out content and flog it off as overpriced DLC - e.g. The Lost Archive, which should've been part of the man Revelations game, is still £7.99 in the Ubishop. Anyway, I'm being so cheap because I'm saving up for a lifesize plastic Connor statue... Only £1,999 in the Ubishop!

It would be only worth buying if it actually MERGES all the games into a huge one (you will have one DNA with all memories etc). That would be great, because you will be able to go to all of the cities, once  you unlock them.

Something for a die-hard collector... but AC is a great series, especially for the multiplayer

Ubisoft really listens to us now. Hooray!!

By the way, adding online passes too would be nice ;D

Not bad considering that AC3 alone is $100 then there's the $50 season pass so for that last $50 you get 4 games and all the dlc for those 4 games

At first I was overjoyed seeing all the games, including DLCs, in one bundle.  Then I saw the price and I told myself, forget it!

I wanted to get it. $192 was the deal breaker. They also said 'console title', so I'm not sure if they would also be on PC...

Ezio Trilogy only 40$, but without any DLC for Brotherhood and Revelations, only for AC II....

I wanted it but goddamn 192 is too much. Even 100 bucks is too much man.

LOL, $10 AC1 +$40 Ezio Collection + $60 AC3 =$110 not $192. One would have to be very stupid to buy this.

I would of bought the Ezio bundle if was on 360. Sure I have a PS3 but why not give players a choice?

valium88

Insane!

Play.com offers all AC games on 360/ps3 for € 90,56 and that is included AC: 3

Why would anyone want to pay nearly double that amount? Come on Ubisoft....

AuronAXE

$192? Holy crap, why would you even do this. It'd be more sensible to release something like this in two years for the price of one normal game, $60. They'd reap mad cash.

If you can afford it and want the pack, good for you, go for it. I really hope this doesn't sell as well as they project though, money is power and we need to vote with our wallets.

I could save money buying them separately.

Definitely looking forward to that...ALTHOUGH I still wish they would include the smaller packs. Like a remake of the DS/PSP versions.  That would be great if they would bundle together all 6 of the original games and port over the DS/PSP versions as well. Keep them all in one place.

Can someone can tell me if in this Anthology for Xbox 360, for Brotherhood there will have the Copernicus Affair?

Five big games, all the DLC?

That's a great deal...if that price was better. Honestly, gamers could track down the older games at a fraction of that price (€150, or about $192).

Sony released the God of War pack that included five God of War PS3 games at a much better price, it's too bad Ubisoft isn't going that route.

So about $230-$250 in New Zealand..Where I have spent $110 on AC$150 on ACII$150 on ACB$150 on ACR$150 on ACIII$710 - $250 =540 I have lost in savings :'(

Already got all the AC games except Brotherhood.. If only I've known sooner would have pick this up.

I'll wait for Steam Sale and get it for a fraction of that price. Besides, its unclear at this point if it will release for PC as well.

I'm thinking $120 to $150 for the US. Also, remember, most DLC has to be bought for full retail price.

Come on Ubisoft add Trophies for AC1 on PS3 and I'll think about it.

192$? AC1/2/B/R can all be bought for 10$ or less.

ok...this is a bit much considering they already released a compilation pack

Damn it. Had I known, I wouldn't have bought the AC/ACII pack -.-'... Might still get it, if we get all games on Blu-Rays. AC in the harddrive is not my thing. Specially considering you still need the disc to play it.

This article is a rehash of an article at Polygon, which itself was taken from Eurogamer, which credits a Russian website (AC.ru) for the information. All of which point back to the Amazon listing, which currently only shows this for PS3 and only mentions Assassin's Creed 1, 2, and 3. Hopefully this changes, but there is some serious Fox News-esque reporting going on here. It's poor journalism to report on a report of a report without actually checking any facts first.

@immortality20 game was originally intended to be a playstation exclusive like god of war so they've kept their loyalty i guess

DiamondDM13
DiamondDM13

@SolidTy That is true, although in that collection, only GOW3 is a PS3 game, here, all 5 are PS3 games. Plus, this AC collection has alot more content than the GOW collection.

But then again, the GOW sage is better than AC so...

SolidTy
SolidTy

@DiamondDM13 Still, bargain hunters can find all those games new and beat that price, DLC included. UBI could do better.

@Kickable BFD? Dude, are you trolling? News regarding video games are some of the most important reasons to why we keep coming here. And have been a BFD since the at least the 80's when gaming became a BFD. Games are some people's passion. You, sir, deserve a ban for that statement.

@xsonicchaos I should have said if they jump the gun and a few details were unconfirmed it's fine.  I'm not going to judge them(or any other entertainment reporter) as harshly as I would a news network that could decide who our next president is for example.  The consequences of conjecture by one is far more of a BFD than the other and I say that as someone who gets more excited over video game news than political.  especially notoriously sensational political news.  Regardless the article clearly says it's reporting on a report, I can't fault them for anything
