Assassin's Creed publisher Ubisoft announces when it will hold its annual E3 presentation

It'll take place at the Orpheum Theatre on June 9 starting at 3 p.m.

by

Following Electronic Arts last week, Assassin's Creed publisher Ubisoft today announced when it will hold its annual Electronic Entertainment Expo media briefing. You can look for it to go down on June 9 at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles starting at 3 p.m.

We will have all the news from the show as it happens. Meanwhile, EA's E3 media briefing will take place earlier that same day at 12 p.m. PDT. It's going to be a busy day, indeed. We're still waiting to hear from Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo about their plans for the show.

There's no word yet on what Ubisoft has in store for this year's E3, but we expect them to talk about this year's Assassin's Creed Unity for sure. Could we also learn about the rumored Far Cry 4 during the event? We don't know, but tune in June 9 and you'll find out.

E3 2014 officially runs June 10-12. GameSpot will be in Los Angeles for the show in full force.

They shouldn't bother this year, they need to give others a chance.

Ok time for some speculation, what will they show?

More of AC Unity is a given, the same goes for more on The Division and The Crew, and I'm pretty sure we're going to see Farcry 4 and Beyond Good and Evil 2 but what else? Ubisoft always had some sort of surprise in recent years, my guess is a new Call of Juarez, because Gunslinger was amazing, they need to make a full game out of what they had.

Sounds like someone's dying for more Assassin's Creed news.

I try not to get hyped about hype; these are games that are many months if not years away.

Ubishit titles are so uninspired and boring. Truly lost interest in these tools as a developper.

With AC and Far Cry around the corner, I doubt we'll see anything else exciting.

Maybe they'll give us a trailer for Watch Doge 2

I want to see Rainbow Six, see if they're going to fix it as in go back to Raven Shield, a real tactical shooter. Or butcher it some more and make more streamlined.

I hope Ubisoft shows Rainbow Six: Patriot since that game had to go back to the drawing board.

I hope they show something about Far Cry 4 this year.  I want to see what they are doing with that Himalayan setting.  I'm also hoping they have some more smaller budget games like Child Of Light in the pipeline.

@aquaxnoctis every year I good E3 week off. I watch all the conferences and then spend the rest of the week looking at videos from the event from 3 or 4 different web sites. best week of the year.

@Gallowhand Doubt it. If anything, Ubi is following the Sqeenix/EA route of targeting exclusively massive franchise games.
