Announced: Spec Ops II Expansion Pack

Zombie Games tech director and Spec Ops programmer Bill Wright has made an announcement on the official Spec Ops II site that the patch to Spec Ops II will be replaced by a free expansion pack.

"Just a quick note," said Wright. "Almost done with the expansion pack and it will be available as a free download. It has pretty much taken the place of the patch that everyone has been waiting for. We ended up making enough changes that this made the most sense."

In addition, Wright says that the expansion will most likely come out in episodes.
