Ancient Evil beta test
Australian developer Silver Lightning is looking for game testers.
Australia-based game development studio Silver Lightning Software is now accepting applications for its upcoming beta test for Ancient Evil: The Curse of the Snake Cult, the sequel to the 1998 fantasy role-playing game Ancient Evil. The new game will feature detailed outdoor and subterranean maps, an updated 3D engine that supports real-time lighting and shadows, more than 30 types of monsters, and a wide variety of magical spells. Silver Lightning plans to distribute the game online to save consumers the cost of packaging, CD replication, and distribution.
For more information, take a look at our previous coverage of the game, and visit the official Silver Lightning Web site. Ancient Evil: The Curse of the Snake Cult is scheduled for release later this year.
