Allied Assault tournaments announced
EA's World War II action game Medal of Honor: Allied Assault will be featured in a series of competitions this summer at iGames centers across North America.
This summer, Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, Electronic Arts' popular World War II first-person shooter, will be featured in a series of tournaments at iGames centers across North America. The initial tournaments will take place on June 29, July 27, and August 24 and will each include $1,000 in cash prizes to be split among the top three teams. These tournaments will also be used to determine the 16 seeded positions in the upcoming Medal of Honor: Allied Assault Summer Season National Tournament to be held on September 22, in which 32 teams will compete for $3,000. Medal of Honor: Allied Assault was developed by 2015 and released in January. The game lets players assume the role of an Allied soldier on a series of missions behind enemy lines in Europe during World War II.
