Two years after launch, all Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception multiplayer maps are now free to download and play through game update 1.18, Naughty Dog has announced. This includes the Flashback Map Pack 1 and 2, as well as the Drake's Deception Map Pack.

In addition, Naughty Dog announced Dry Docks, an all-new multiplayer map for Uncharted 3. Originally pitched as a single-player level for Uncharted 3, the map was later cut and "forgotten," lead game designer Robert Cogburn said. It is also included as a free download.

On top of the free and new maps, the Uncharted 3: Drake's Fortune 1.18 update features a host of weapon, gameplay, booster, and kickback tweaks. Check out the full patch notes for more.

Patch 1.18 will be the final major patch for the game, unless something "dire" calls for a future update, Naughty Dog said. The developer will hold a Reddit AMA session on Friday, November 1 to discuss the changes included with the update.

Naughty Dog, which has multiple teams inside its studio, is currently working on an unannounced PlayStation 4 project. Lost actor Dominic Monaghan previously referenced a "new Uncharted," while a listing for a PS4 Uncharted game recently appeared on GameStop.
