The future voice of Acclaim's NFL Quarterback Club 98, Marv Albert, ascended the steps of the Arlington Circuit Court this morning holding hands with his fiancee. Shortly thereafter, he entered a plea of not guilty to charges of forcible sodomy and assault - charges levied against the renowned announcer last week.

The judge in the case set a September 22 trial date for Albert on charges that he bit a woman and forced her to perform oral sex in his hotel room last February. Albert reportedly was silent throughout the courtroom hearing, which lasted less than five minutes.

Acclaim's Nancy Tully today reaffirmed Acclaim's "longstanding relationship" with Albert and said no decision has been made to alter that relationship.
